  • Hatch Tire has been our entire family's go to car care professional for many years even before Kevin bought the business a few years back. The owner, Kevin is a great example of what a customer friendly and customer oriented business should look and feel like. Kevin and his employees always make us feel like valued patrons. I am not a car aficionados by any means, so going into details about exact issues we've had with our cars or talking in mechanic lingo isn't going to happen in this review, I just know that whenever there's an issue with our cars my husband says he's going down to Hatch.. We have six cars in our immediate family, including the teenagers cars, we take all of them over to Kevin on a constant basis for something or another. Tire pressure , oil change. (See what I did there??). Our cars range all over the spectrum from a new model BMW 750LE , a Dodge truck ( diesel ) a vintage bmw, a vintage camaro and a Kia sedan. Kevin takes care of all of them. He even knows my husband's voice on the telephone. Our oldest daughter no longer lives at home but continues to take her car here and wrote her own Yelp review about HATCH back in 2012. I was actually stalking my daughter's YELP account today , saw her review of HATCH and figured I should follow up with a review as well. I've gone into the shop before when my husband was out of town to get something fixed or ask a question about a noise, and Kevin checks it out, fixes any issue and then tells me he'll settle up when my husband gets back into town. I love the small town vibe and real sense of community that HATCH TIRE exudes. I Definitely recommend this place.
