  • Aspen charged us $200 to come out to our office and tell us that there was nothing they could do to complete the requested service due to the landlord. Included in this bill is a $50 tech fee that gets billed "any time they roll a truck" to cover maintenance and mileage. This was not disclosed when I made the appointment. With so many other choices in town, I will not be using Aspen again.
