I couldn't believe it - the manager actually called back! Unfortunately, it was 2 weeks AFTER saying we'd receive a call and said there was nothing they could/would do to resolve the issue. I've also personally messaged the customer service representative who respond to this review and haven't heard back yet. At this point my wife and I have spent about 3 hours of our time trying to get this resolved. Probably the worst customer service I've EVER received. We've paid hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars to Banfield over the years and they won't take responsibility for their employee's negligence. My only advice is to beware of Banfield and the wellness plans!
