  • Setting up the appointment was very easy and they gave me a great low price on a contract. All of the hardware, cameras, touchpad, and home automation were included in the price. No install, or rental fees. My only complaint is that I have had my doorbell cam replaced twice in 6 months (3 cameras total) and it is still semi intermittent. I was also a bit irritated they conducted a hard credit check (for a $50 a month contract) without my knowledge. I suppose it may have been in the many, many pages of the contract, but it was never discussed with me. Customer service seems to be great, I would recommend them over ADT any day!
