  • Bought a used car at High Park Nissan two months ago. Two weeks after I got it, I took it in because I was smelling exhaust fumes in the car. Was told it wasn't a leaking exhaust system but just a dirty cabin air filter. Took it in this week for an oil change and because I heard a rattle -- was told the muffler was shot and needed replacing. The first time I took it in, if they'd admitted it was leaking, they'd have had to replace it at their cost. Now I have to pay!
