  • To be fair Advantage is one of many rotten apples. My complaint they lie about inventory. I reserved full size car "Impala or similar" months in advance through American express. I was offered a Nissan Altima after being told that there were no more midsize cars. When I went upstairs to pick up the the Kia I ended up with. They did have an Impala a Dodge Charger and the slightly smaller Cadillac ATS. Bottom line is Advantage is a dishonest company that train their employees to lie and push smaller cars on customers for the same money as the larger. Several people in line had the same issue. Another alarming side note is that the Tax on rentals in Arizona is 53% part of which is a stadium tax. Advantage and the other rental companies in Arizona need to do a better job of bribing politicians. I posted a copy on my wall to remind me of how rotten some state governments are. Final notes. I wasn't there for a game and the young man who serviced me was polite, Just a liar.
