  • They never called to confirm the appt. We got an email the day before but no call on when to expect someone to show. When we finally got in touch with them we learned someone was scheduled to show up later that day...way too late for our schedule. It's unfortunate that they didn't follow through as promised. We will not attempt to schedule them again.
