  • I would recommend this company for any refrigerator repair needs. I initially called another company to to fix my refrigerator and they said I needed a new compressor (for a machine that was only 2 years old). I decided to call another company for a second opinion. I called SOS, Tom answered and said he could stop by within the hour. My doorbell rang 55 minutes after we hung up. Tom was very friendly and professional and immediately diagnosed that my compressor was not the problem and instead it was that the Freon level was low. He charged me a very reasonable price and provided a 30 day warranty to come back and recheck if it stops working again. It's been a month now and my fridge is still working great. Thanks, Tom!!
