  • Bought a Groupon for eyelash extentions. The technician was late to arrive to work. Not a good first impression. When we got downstairs she laid me down but didn't really explain the procedure to me. I luckily had done my research ahead of time and knew what to expect. A procedure that usually take 2-3 hours took 1.25 hours..she said that the extentions were not sticking bc I must have had cream on my original lashes, which I didnt. I was extra careful in following the prep instructions online In the end, I did not get that xtreme lash finish that I had paid extra money to get. My eyelash application was terribly done. Some had already fallen out before i got to my car and others were pointed in all sorts of directions. The technician has less than a years experience and her work reflects that. I likely will not be returning for the free refill as I want these to grow out as soon as possible. The spa itself was petit and cute.
