What can I say impeccable customer service at this location. Immediately off the bat I was greeted by one of the CSR's asking if I needed help. I possibly could have handled it on my own with the signs being well lit and print/font large enough for my blind arse to read. However, that's what CSRs are for. So I told him I needed to replace my air filter and windshield wipers. He looked up my make and model on the system and my parts came up. He walked me to the aisles that had my parts and was kind enough to round them up for me. And if that wasn't enough he even installed my new wiper blades for me! Now is that service or IS THAT SERVICE!?!?!?!!!!
So in conclusion, could I have done this all by myself? Ugh....no. I freaking thought that there were 2 air filters for my car-a passenger and a driver's side!!! Smh Could another person who is not car illiterate do it? Of course! But we're talking about me here. I don't even think I coulda done my blades by myself. We tried-he did one and I attempted to do the other. Yeah...no....that didn't happen.
Anyway I tangent. Customer service is on point here. Looks like they're well stocked with all your car needs. Way to go Autozone!!!!!
And mad props to Victor!!! Give him a promotion and/or raise!!!!!
