  • Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Doug Scheppmann (04/03/2017). I found him to be rude and arrogant. When dealing with an insurance agent you need someone who knows what is going on and that gives a flip about doing the right thing. While I would never personally use State Farm for any insurance needs I most certainly would NOT allow someone like Doug Scheppmann to be my insurance agent.
