I think this makes me old because I like this place cause my feet don't hurt from standing during the entire concert. Even if you're not the first people in the standing room or have a seat reserved upstairs, you still have an okay view. I tend to stand in the back, closest to the bars and bathrooms and not be involved in any crowd surfing or mosh pits.
Unless you're planning on needing someone to get your paper towel for you or borrowing a tampon, don't bring your purse into the bathroom. You'll feel less like an asshole that way.
Have always had good service at the bars here, which is important.
Even though its a 'big box' concert venue, I think I prefer it over most other ones that remain in CLE. Plus, you couldn't ask for a better location.
Somehow ended up in the Foundation Room one night where everything is gold leafed and covered in velvet with long drapes of sexy fabric separating areas. I feel like if the show "Blind Date" came to CLE, this would be a good place to film in. Cozy and awkward, but fun.
3 Stars because of the restaurant. They keep advertising their crazy ridiculous happy hour which $1 domestics from 4-7. I got 2 miller lights here at 6:45 (after waiting a solid 8-10 minutes at the bar) and it was $9. UM WTF. Bartender never even came back for me to argue this. I mean, maybe it was already 7 bar time, but that's just ridiculous. I'm going to go back at 3:45 and get me a dollar domestic.
