Do not stay in this hotel if you can avoid it. My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights, and our beds were infested with bed bugs. I can see how this can happen at any hotel, without it being the fault of the hotel. However, when we called the manager the day after we left (he wasn't there on the day we checked out), he refused to refund our stay because we couldn't present any evidence of the bed bugs. There were blood stains on the sheets and I found a bug on myself later that day, but that wasn't good enough evidence for him. The main thing that I am worried about is that he didn't take our complaint seriously, and thus wouldn't clean the room to prevent future occupants from getting bed bugs. If the manager had dealt with this situation better, I would have rated them much higher, but I think he responded very poorly and that shows poor customer service.
