  • If I could rate with 0 stars I would. I called last week to set up an appointment and was told the audiologist had to contact me herself. Of course, Dr. Fateh didn't contact me. I called back this week and was told by the receptionist that she couldn't answer my simple question and Dr. Fateh would be the one to speak with. Left her a voicemail and it's been 3 days and still no call from her. I understand doctors are busy but at every other office I've been to they respond in a timely manner. I am very upset with a doctors office who doesn't value their patients or future patients time and needs. Dr. Fateh and this office should figure out a better system and decide whether or not they "believe that patients are a practices greatest asset". DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS You want to wait over a week to get anywhere with them.
