  • Most dishonest practice. I have my own individual health plan so everything pretty much is out of pocket. I called and asked for cash payment prices and I confirmed with their billing to make sure I was quoted all the right prices. I then called back and made my appointment as a cash patient for the $225 ultra sound quoted price. The day of my appointment I asked the receptionist if I paid cash now. She said I would be sent out a bill. I had my ultra sound done and scheduled my next appointment with the Dr. in which I would use my insurance card since my insurance did cover that. The next day I called their billing again to make sure they had posted the price I was quoted. But they didn't and instead the office sent it to my insurance. I asked billing to stop it and I would contact the office so they could fix it. After leaving a message with receptionist I was told she would figure what happened. They left me a message on my phone saying that they did all three ultra sounds and that it was sent to my insurance and it would be $775. The $225 was for just a general ultra sound and I had three done. I was booked for the wrong ultra sound. They refused to adjust my ultra sound price and continued to bill me for$775, the wrong price. After all they fixed my bill to $225 and said it was their mistake and that the girl that booked my appointment was let go. Finally it was fixed, but not really because now that ultra sound was expired and now they wanted me to do another ultra sound. After dealing with the rudest Office Manager, Linda, I was told they could do nothing and they were already helping me by charging me the $225. I then wrote a letter to Dr. D'Souza and explaining my case. I went to the office and handed him the letter and he quickly read it in front of me and said he would discuss it with his staff. He never called me or corresponded with me. This is a poorly and dishonest run business. I paid the $225 bill after they sent me to collections for way more. This was a huge stress in my life and I felt cheated by Dr. D'Souza and his staff. I can see now that I am not the only person that this office has disappointed. Just read some other reviews for Sonoran Vein and Endovascular. I just wish they had read them before I went to this office.
