  • This location is often busy when I come in to do package drop offs. The line is not divided based on who needs fingerprinting and notary services and who needs package services. This is badly needed. Today, I commented on how understaffed it seemed and the man behind the counter got very frustrated and rude with me. I told him I understood, as a retail manager, and I'd like to write a letter to the ownership or management to let them know Saturday afternoons clearly need more staffing. It's a shame that cutting corners is affecting their service because the weekday behind the counter staff are very helpful and professional.
