| - I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. Very bad dealership. When I was purchasing my 2013 Honda Accord they were really nice and "eager" to help. Even went as far as offering me a job at their dealership.
Long story short, they sold me a lemon. The accord had issues as soon as I drove it out of the lot, and I bought it brand new in 2013. The 5 miserable years I kept the car, I spent over $10k out of pocket on repairs. I was driving on the highway one sunny day and went to put my visor down, and it fell on my face. I went immediately to the dealership crying and they did not care one bit.
I always serviced my vehicle at this dealership, never taken it elsewhere. They asked my why I have after market break pads and when I freaked out that YOU tell me because I've never taken the car elsewhere, they were quick to change their accusation to "oh no, they're honda, the "honda" logo just disappears after a while. I could go on and on about the problems this car gave me but then I'd be here, typing this, for another 5 years.
However, I will give 5 stars to the service department because they were the only civil people in that dealership. Anthony Gabrielli in particular as he was the only service agent that ever went above and beyond to try to get to the bottom of why the accord was breaking down every month.
Anyway, I suggest do not deal with the dealership, spend your hard earned money at a dealership that treats you like human beings, and doesn't take advantage of you.
