  • I hired Emily and 2 of her servers (Kathleen and Susan) for my wedding and was absolutely blown away by the top notch service, friendliness and caring. When I first spoke to Emily on the phone, she listened carefully to the very special needs I had for my event. Her patience, confidence and helpfulness made me feel like I was in great hands. I definitely chose the right person to provide the food servers and manage the kitchen and staff. Each one of them gave excellent service and took wonderful care of my guests. Emily made sure that everything ran smoothly, from the service, schedule timing and food presentation to the buffet setups and end of night break down and clean up. To top it off, Emily couldn't have been any kinder and down to earth. I'm so grateful she was recommended to me and that I decided to choose her. I give her my very highest recommendations!
