  • Hadn't been here in several years because the restaurant was a bit of a hike from our home. We actually hosted my husbands 40th birthday dinner here 10 years ago. Long story short so many restaurants migrated our way over the years that we quit venturing out for dinner. Fast forward, we moved to Paradise Valley and couldn't help but revisit this once AMAZING restaurant. Well clearly Atlas Bistro has remained committed to amazing seasonal food with a contemporary flare. Every experience we have ever had at Atlas Bistro has been 5 . We have lived in the Valley for 15 years and would certainly say that this is without a doubt in our top 5, arguably top 3, restaurants in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
