  • UPDATE: the manager reached out to my after my original review offering me a free fill after my bad experience. Decided to give them one last try and use that free fill. BIG mistake. The appointment went fine on Friday, but when I went to leave they tried charging $55 to the card on file. I respectfully said no I spoke to Melissa and should have a free fill on file. She was very confused and said she wouldn't charge my card until the manager got back from break and she would call me. Well she never called me and I checked my bank account 5 min after my appointment, AND I WAS CHARGED! I called very frustrated and the women on the phone was nice but said their system withdrawals the money before it's authorized? Not sure what that means but sounds sketchy. She assured me the money would be released back into my account in 24 hours. It's now been 4 days and I don't have my money back... Here's the cherry on top: I was brushing my lashes with the spoolie they provide and a clump of EIGHT lashes fell out also bringing out my some of my natural lashes. I now have a huge gap of no lashes. Beyond frustrated and cancelling my appt in 2 weeks and asking for my card to be removed from their system. Had a great first experience getting my full set here. The lash specialist was great, gentle, and my lashes lasted with minimal fallout. However, my sister saw a different lash specialist for her full set and lost half her lashes within a week. Since I loved my lashes i decided that was was a fluke and went back. Unfortunately I had to see a different lash specialist for my fill. I got a classic set the first time then decided to go for a volume fill since I wanted fuller lashes. I love the way they looked afterward and loved how full they were. An hour later not one but two lashes fell out in the middle of an important meeting! So I was trying to get lashes out of my eye, which was frustrating. They say normal fall out is between 2-3 lashes a day, which I experienced after my first time. I brush through my lashes and about 4-6 fall out and many more fall out during the day. After 5 days these look sparser than my classic set did after 2 weeks. It's upsetting that i did a volume fill for a fuller look and that's not how they look...Who knows how they'll look by the time I go in for a fill in a week and a half.
