Here's the bottom line...I didn't leave a "happy" customer, by definition. But only because I ended up shelling out $800 for unavoidable repairs...that fact alone didn't put me in a good mood. But with that being said, the staff at Martin's Auto Repair treated me very well. They were cordial, explained in detail all the possible outcomes, and were able to complete my service in the same day. They also did a complimentary inspection and gave recommendations for future service. The ladies in the waiting area were very nice as well, and offered me a beverage while I waited.
