  • I've been taking my employer's vehicle here for quite some time and each time is hassle and stress free... mainly because of our service advisor William Bane. Although the repairs have sometimes taken longer than expected, William has always made sure to stay in contact and send updates as they come - which is one of the reasons why my employer requests William each time the car needs to be seen by Mercedes. William has even gone out of his way to deliver a loaner when they were short on drivers so that my employer could have a vehicle to use for the weekend. He is very professional, nice, and delivers great customer service. Definitely recommend William anytime you need service done at Mercedes.
