  • Bought my senior parents a Sunsetter (I said they were seniors) from Costco only to find none of the local Sunsetter dealers would install unless you bought it from them. The Avon Mr. Handyman came out, evaluated the job, and at the request of my parent's gave a fixed fee quote. Not only did they install the sunsetter but made modifications to their home overhang to make it more stable (working with their overly involved home owners's association to get it approved). They came out with 4 guys and had it done within an afternoon. Given the time and effort the price was awesome although to be honest i'm not sure how they made any money on the deal. That being said they were professional and accepted the flat fee without one complaint. Def recommmend.
