Not goodOk so this place was OK at first but I had bought a buy five get five free......and then I find out when I was pregnant which was not a good experience bcuz I lost the baby after 13weeks, but my tanning expired and she didn't care nor even tell me they expired. No heart no care whatsoever. She sounded nice on the phone but was like oh sorry you lost it even though I didn't tell you it drops after six months. So what about ur money as the customer, WOW great customer service just bcuz she's the owner doesn't mean she can act like she doesn't care what so ever. Bad business I think.
If you accommodate the customer, the customer will actually buy more and come in more. What's it gonna hurt her (the Owner) I am thinking on the phone while I talk to her (the Owner) I actually only had maybe four left and I was thinking about buying another package but now I will not go back and I suggest people to pay attention to this and not go either or there hard earned money will disappear.
