| - Very disappointed with the condition of the interior. I stopped by TNT while on a road trip. I declined the wax cause I knew I would be on the road for several more days but went for next best thing with the interior vacuum and "conditioner." When I asked the manager if they used Armor All, he said no. "Great" I said, "because I don't want any residue left inside." "We use conditioner" he stated. I should have asked what exactly was meant by "conditioner."
What I got was the greasiest, most filmed, coated over interior I have ever seen. I felt like they wiped the car down with a turkey. Like Slimmer himself had cleaned the car. The inside of the doors, the door jamb, the dash and every bit of black interior, aside from the leather seats, had been doused with the "conditioner." I didn't immediately recognize the situation, or I would have turned back. When I noticed the film on my hands from touching the steering wheal, I spent the next twenty, yes 20, minutes wiping it down with a clean cloth. The plastics near the on/off switch is even streaked. I had no idea a "conditioner" could change the look of plastic. There were hand prints where they touched the leather and there's a brand new finger print on the fabric riser. Must have been where they held on to prevent slipping from the grease. It's been three days and the interior is still oozing the substance.
The exterior was mediocre with several tree dropping spots remaining. But after the interior, who cares.
What did I expect for $20. Wish I got my $10 tip back.
