  • I'm so glad they decided to open another Casa Don Juan near Summerlin. The staff is very attentive and the food is awesome! I had the carne asada and it was cooked perfectly, and was still moist. Most places cook it until it's tough and dry. There are only a couple of decent Mexican restaurants on this side of town. Casa Don Juan blows them all out of the water. I don't see going to any other Mexican restaurant from here on out, I'm hooked.
