Today my husband and I went in to exchange some curtains that we had purchased in the store. The curtains were to long for our upstairs area, the employees were unable to search for our transaction, because they were obviously not properly trained. We even had our receipt with us and the boxes that they shipped the curtains to our house in. Not only were they rude and clearly not properly trained, they also tried to pass me off to someone that wouldn't reprimand them for their actions. I pushed on to receive the corporate office number and left a message for the District Manager. The main store manager had to come down from upstairs after an hour and a half of them trying to look up the transaction and they only called the manager after my husband asked them to write down their names. They not only embarrassed my husband, but they were also getting customers behind him asking if this was going to take long for a transaction that was clearly out of our control. They need to train their employees and their managers how to treat people! I will no longer shop at this store, that's for sure!
