  • I purchased an Elite Facial on Groupon & was recommended by my sister. The customer service was great, but i felt like the Facial I got is not what I wanted. I explained that I get little white heads on certain areas & wanted extractions. The facial itself we're not what I expected. When I left I looked at my face and still had white heads that are easy to take out and just took them myself. I got a great deal on Groupon for an ELITE FACIAL, but felt like it was sub par at best. They asked if I would make an appointment for another facial but because the facial I got was not what I expected I didn't want to make another appointment.
