Terrible customer service!! Mike needs to hire someone new to answer the phones and deal with customers. I personally like Mike a lot and had him bid to replace 328 water heaters on a HOA community I manage.
Despite them not getting the bigger project, I have used this company off and on for almost 5 years on various smaller jobs. Regardless of the relationship you thought you have had replacing individual water heaters and routine maintenance on new valves, their "customer service lady" ( she knows who she is ) is in no way , shape or form qualified to be handling companies business relationships with realtors, CICs or property managers.
I called in to give a project since our realty companies plumbing contact was booked up and she started yelling at me that we only gave 1 Job last ( this is despite giving many projects over the past 5 years and keeping them in reference for huge projects to bid on to compete to get our business with the HOA communities I work with)..
She completely burned the bridge with us with rude attitude , aggressive demeanor and zero respect for the client. Maybe we are a small management co that didn't do a ton of business like we do with some of our Other vendors, but This is a RELATIONSHIP business. Not a get rich quick on small jobs . Mike needs to get some new staff or his reputation in town will go downhill. Vegas real estate industry is small and word spreads on who to "not" do business with.
