  • First time coming to Trapped on my birthday. Will list out some pros and cons: Pros: - friendly staff, welcoming team - free water/juice/pop for members that sign up with their membership (also free and 10% off for the game) - FREE GAME for the BIRTHDAY PERSON with valid ID Cons: - no clock inside the escape room (we were in contaminated hospital) - timer starts when you hear the music. Our music wasn't working for a good 4-5 minutes and we had to walkie talkie in to ask. Could not engage roughly how much time was lost because of that - helper wasn't as responsive for when asking how much time remaining. We were put on hold for a good while and didn't up getting told how much time we had left They charged $25 after all the discount - we were in the contaminated hospital room. I would say there are only 2 rooms inclusive of the one you start in. The storyline (if you care) doesn't actually flow with why you are actually in the hospital to begin with. Puzzles were more difficult but I suppose it is needed for a room with only 2 rooms. All in all, I think there are some better rooms I've played in that ultimately means hard to give a fantastic rating for this one.
