  • I tried this place on a whim and some Yelp help. Absolutely happy I did! The sandwiches are phenomenal. They have the best warm sandwiches I have ever had in the valley. I am partial to anything with pastrami so I find myself ordering the Paul Reuben or the Thunderbird. Their steak and chicken sandwiches are great as well. Even a carnivore like me found myself ordering a veggie sandwich just for kicks... And I loved it! Don't be fazed by their menu. Take a few minutes or browse online before going. They have a lot to offer and I find myself wanting to try new types of sandwiches. The fries are great and there's enough for about 2-3 people per order. Now... Their bread is a whole other story. I am a fan of SF sourdough (is their any other type? Lol) and this place will not disappoint. They have what they call "Dutch Crunch." It's basically a white type of bread with an awesome crispy crunch. I really can't find words for it but it is awesome. The texture and flavor will have you craving more. Service is very friendly and FAST. And you get one of my favorite treats for dessert, a caramel-apple pop! The only con I found with this place is the amount of seats. There's about 8-9 booths and 3-4 indoor tables and they always seem to be packed (a good sign!).
