It was mediocre at best. When I want barbecue, I want something that is super saucy and delicious with a kick to it. I ordered the Hawaiian Pork only to find that it was way too sweet for my taste. The sauce was barely there and Brickhouse doesn't seem to offer anything spicy to tone down the sugar. If I wanted that much sugar, I would have ordered ice cream! I realize it was supposed to be a little sweet, but good grief! My boyfriend ordered the chimichurri steak. He was surprised to see how small of a serving it was for the high cost of the dish. Plus, the meat was tough and hard to chew. It had good flavor, but was not worth the price. The green beans lacked any spice, whatsoever. We'd be up for trying some of the mac n' cheese next time to try other items on the menu. The servers were nice and they have other interesting items on the menu that we'd be willing to check out next time.
