  • I had an appt at 9am on a Saturday morning I got there 15 mins early and not one person showed up until 9 to open the door. Then once we get in I find out my stylist isn't there yet so I wait another 15- no apologies- she never shows and I'm put with another girl. This girl does an ok job- I mean its not terrible but she didn't put much effort into anything but trying to sell me products she didn't even bother putting into my hair then charged me 100 bucks. All the stylists seem like high school kids who do the least amount possible in order to collect their pay so they can go out partying. But you can't blame their attitude when the owner/manager (?) himself shows up late and does not personally speak with a client when his stylists fails to show up for an appt but rather hides in the back and whispers with the other stylists... Do not go here, complete lack of professionalism.
