  • That was hilarious! The bartender's response wasn't what I expected. I post a lot of pics to social media that people enjoy. They say I have a great skill to "capture the shot." (Decide for yourself if my pics are good, IG: @jefferythomas) When I first saw the lighting of the bar backdrop, I knew I had something I could work with. After dinner I ask the bartender if I could take a pic. Asking permission is really just a polite way of telling him that I need him to move out of the shot. My idea of collecting raw shots that I could crop, manipulate and edit for the enjoyment of others was crushed with an abrupt and stern "No! We don't allow photography inside!" I've never heard such a response to that question. I've never ask that question in a Chinese restaurant either. Being so surprised, I had to pry into why. We've all heard the rumors of what constitutes Chinese restaurant food. He offered to go ask the owner if it was OK. Yeah, don't waste my time getting the confirmation "No!" I'll pass. No pics posted supporting and promoting you guys. Besides, I didn't like the dried out rice anyway.
