  • Not too pleased with this company whatsoever. Beware! We were going to book this company through the original owners, but the company was sold to someone else in the middle of it (totally no big deal)! Well, Jon passed on our information to the new owners who contacted us a few weeks later. The booking process was easy and Melissa (the new owner) was more than thrilled to help us incorporate The London Bus with our wedding. A week before the wedding, we had e-mailed all of our vendors (including TLB) to confirm the little details with the wedding. Melissa quickly responded back and said she needed to give us a call. What went from me thinking that it was going to be a routine call actually turned into a disaster. Long story short and MANY "beating around the bush" e-mails later, Melissa had informed us that she does not have insurance on The London Bus and we will not be having it for our wedding. It was extremely frustrating that she did not make us aware PRIOR to us reaching out to her and it being A WEEK before the wedding. Melissa tried to find other options for us and she ended up booking us Ollie the Trolley (they are absolutely amazing and it was so much fun.) Well, she had reached out to us and asked if she could stop by the hotel with some things that we were getting for The London Bus...well, the day of the wedding came and she had not called/text/emailed and never showed up at the hotel. We have not spoken to her since and thankfully the trolley showed up and was able to get us to and from our wedding. I will never book The London Bus through the new owners ever again. I feel as if the business that was done was incredibly shady and made the week of the wedding obnoxiously stressful. She did not confirm 100% that she could not get us The London Bus until the Wednesday before the wedding (Saturday wedding). And part of me feels she would have just not showed up that day.
