  • The service is very rude... I live near the business and I came in hoping they had an opening for me because I didn't want to have to do my own nails... I asked for a full set and I added a pedicure on... They did my pedicure first and said they could do both but they ended up only giving me a horrible pedicure instead. I asked for ombré nails and toes and originally they said they could do it to get me in the chair... But after all the exfoliating and things were complete everyone working there didn't even know what ombré was... Then I asked for two different colors blocking and they made up a reason to leave me in the middle of a service just to do other clients. The nail tech actually said to me that I didn't know what I wanted and then walked away with an atittude. The manager came up to me and said they didn't know how to do all those designs I wanted and so I asked to do just a different color because I guess that's all they wanted to do on me... And they actually painted my nails ugly and when I said to the lady I would like a different color she told me she was just going to paint over the other glitter and paint that she had already put on and when I said no she basically took the paint off like she was going to rip my toes from my body. I felt like I was made to look difficult but I don't think it is... My toes look chunky and the people are only nice if you take what they give you and you don't ask for a design... Oh and if you do decide to go then make sure you don't bring in your own bling or applicants because they said they don't know how to do those either.... Even though they do have some in salon... Oh and bring your own pedicure supplies too because they use old grimey exfoliation devices and they dip it in ur foot bath with all ur nasty feet gunk and put in back in their caddies to use as is on person after person... Gross... Oh yeah and btw they talked about me too ... Like I wasn't even there ... I know different languages I was shocked by what they were comfortable saying about me in front of me thinking no one knows but them... And I liked them at first but they made me cry the last time I was there a few days ago and still it was on my mind... Please don't give them your money ... They don't deserve a dime
