  • This place is a joke. We order my sons senior jacket almost 4months ago along with his cap and gown. I chose to pay half and the rest once we receive the jacket. The guy told me before we left after ordering and paying the jacket will be in about 2-3wks. I waited a month 1/2 later because I received no phone call reminding me but I received a bill that I owe money to pay at this time. So we went up there to pick up the jacket to be told by the dark hair young girl saying that we needed to wait until we get a call then come and pick up the jacket. So she at time said give it about 3wks. I waited then I received no calls so I called back spoke to a young lady didn't remember to write her name down. She said she will look into it call back waited a couple wks. Called back got Carey on phone she said she will look into it. And will call back nothing. So I gave another week. So I finally called and got a guy this time I told him what was going on and somehow Carey got on phone apologizing said spoke to manufacture they didn't pass inspection. Did someone bother calling to tell us that NO! Bad customer service!!! Until I called and threatened to get refund I'm not paying it's about to be summer sons graduating. She agreed and said either wait another 3wks and get 50% off or get refund. Wt 3wks jacket finally came in. Told go pick up it's ready or they can deliver. Went to pick up cause want to thoroughly check jacket cause of the situation. Then about to leave the young blonde said we owe $48 something. I said I paid $150. jacket 50% off $100. Cap and gown $40 apparently they said taxes and shipping charges if I would've known that I would have them delivered cause this place far drive. And took 4months. No calls to keep you updated I get they are busy. Everyone is busy. Know how to run a business. Customer service is a joke. Believe every review on here. Triple O stars if I can rate them.
