Just had these guys back out to the condo to deal with the system not kicking on. Took them about an hour to figure out what the issue was.
I was a little worried because I just had them out to fix an issue and I didn't want to pay for the same issue twice.
Turned out it was unrelated to my previous issue and they decided to not charge me because I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. Really appreciate them not charging me and being upfront with what was broken.
