  • The self parking is close enough to the rooms but only one elevator which us located near the lobby. Most rooms are at the wings. They don't have any ramps for bringing up your bags from your car, just have to drag them up a curb and through gravel, then you must drag them up stairs or wheel them all the way back towards lobby for elevator then all the way back to your room. VERY inconvenient and impracticable! The girl at the coffee/starbucks kiosk was very snobby and snooty. They have a green program where you can opt out if house keeping and get $5 gift card to spend at hotel. I called the desk two days in a row to opt out and housekeeping still came everyday, no $5 gift card either. The lack of a hotel gym is b.s. But the 3 mile running path is awesome. The pools are nice and the waiters are great by the pool. The water slide is fun and no lines! Walls are thin, you can hear the tv in the next room. Because of the pools and service at poolside, I give this place 4 stars.
