  • This was our third stop on our Yelp restaurant tour for the day. After having dessert at Sweet Addiction, Vanessa N. decided she must have calamari. Hmmm? Ok. So we all trek down to DW Bistro for the calamari fix. After finishing a huge ice cream sandwich before our arrival, I wasn't hungry. So Maria, Vanessa and Anthony got drinks and Vanessa ordered her jerk flavored calamari. I did taste it but I did not like it at all. There was a lot of breading and the seasoning overpowered the calamari. The atmosphere is very cool and modern though and everyone seems to be in a party mood. Speaking of which, there was another table full of Yelpers next to us celebrating a birthday. Mel C., Terri R. and some other Yelpers were just finishing up. So naturally we had to crash their party photos and chat it up with them. It was a fun place and a fun time. Next time I will come hungry!
