  • Was hoping this would be a different story... Was told on Monday that it would be $1500 to fix our "old" duct work (warranty wouldn't cover it). Fine. Let's fix it. I wasn't concerned about the price, I wanted cold air again! But then, to my surprise he told me they couldn't do it. What?!? They didn't have time available to do it. Wait, what?? And then nothing. No help, no apology, nothing. We found another AC company willing to come out the next morning to check things out and hopefully give us a band aid (something) to help us out until he could come back and replace everything (according to what ATM had told us). Guess what? He said our duct work isn't old, doesn't need to be replaced, reattached what ATM said needed to be replaced and all for under $200. Cold air once again, no thanks to ATM. Do your homework people. Get multiple quotes and opinions!
