  • DO NOT GET THE TURKEY BURGER. It looked like rubbery pieces of white and dark meat held together with meat glue. It was so gross I had to send it back. A couple yrs ago I used to eat the turkey burger at Umami in Costa Mesa on the regular. It was so good I would order two! They used very good quality turkey, I think it was from Diestel farms iirc. Then they started changing it about a year ago so I quit going. This turkey patty they are serving now tasted like processed crap that I remember from the cafeteria in elementary school. I really wish they would go back to using high quality ingredients. I hate it when chains expand quickly and start focussing solely on increasing profits. Customers do notice the difference. The truffle fries were the only good thing we had here. My bro got the Manly Burger and he said it was just ok. The chicken wings tasted old.
