I have been to this Toyota dealership about a dozen times over the last 10 years. Everyone here is nice enough and there are certainly a lot of extras available, like a massage chair, coffee, and snacks, if you stay at the dealership, but the service just isn't up to par with other auto repair shops on the neighborhood. Even when I arrive a half hour earlier than my appointment, I still have had to wait over an hour for the shuttle service. Both times I tried to go to work after dropping off my car I have been late for work. The most recent time I ended up taking an uber in frustration.
My car had a parasitic drain on the auxiliary battery that my neighbor who works on motorcycles was able to diagnose on his own two years ago but the dealership still insists that my car is in perfect condition despite it leaving me stranded on three occasions due to a dead battery. I don't believe they try hard enough to help you, even when you specificly tell them what the problem is. They rely on the diagnostic computer and don't have actual expertise on how to fix unique issues in cars.
Lastly, it's a dealership so they charge the usual high prices for parts and labor.
I won't be bringing my car back ever, not even for brownie bites and a massage.
