  • These three stars only go to Lizzy, who actually made herself helpful in our experience here and showed us to what we were looking for instead of just pointing. I don't know what it is with the customer service at Town Square but a lot of these "saleswomen" sure have a stank attitude for having retail-based roles. I do know that the woman cashier who tore up my moms coupon for a free bag that they "ran out of" was completely unapologetic about it when my mom mentioned she probably could have used that coupon at another store location to get her free bag- to which this idiot feebly responded "oh well it's highly unlikely they'd have any either." Well after my mom spent $40 at your store for just underwear, it would've been nice for her to find out on her own. Don't give these people your coupons unless they're actually applicable- they'll just tear them up right in front of you and snidely shrug. Terrible service. Whoever Cashier #1677803 is should be written up for her attitude alone, and maybe rethink her job title if she dislikes her role so much that she has to rip up sh*t in people's faces. Never going there again just on that.
