Everyone was really helpful until my accounts were funded. After that I could not track down someone to help me. I called in to set up an appointment and was told that "I don't need one, just come on in" . I went in to the branch and was told that they couldn't accommodate me that day or anytime for the 3 weeks. The front desk girl pretty much told me to figure it out myself. So I call back a few weeks later to try to set up an appointment. Joseph, the guy who answered the phone, was about as useful as all the others. So far I have received terrible and all around unprofessional customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.
