I have recently started receiving notices for an unpaid bill for my son from 2012. I have spoken with a few different people at the office that told me it was an error due to a new billing system. They told me to disregard the erroneous bill. I now received another bill. I called and spoke with Ellen who explained to me that my wife and I were overcharged to our credit card but my son was undercharged back in 2012. So instead of refunding us they applied it to a balance due to our insurance not covering (supposedly) the cost of white fillings for my sons teeth. She then stated that all dentist use white fillings now and it is strange that it was not covered. My son, daughter and wife's fillings that AZ life dentistry installed all failed within a year. They do not do good work. The last time I was there Dr. Robert Bingham had me waiting over an hour past my appointment time before he came out to see me and informed me he was working on a difficult patient and would be done within the next hour. This was in 2016. That was the last time I patronized AZ life dentistry. So for four years (2012-2016) they did not inform me of any outstanding bills. I asked for an itemized copy of the charges and credits and was told by Ellen I would receive it the same day. It has now been over seven days and I have not received it. She did verify my email address. Please avoid this place they are lacking in the most important categories people look for in a health care provider, namely: great service, trust and honest billing.
