I did not request to transfer. I asked to cancel. I do not wish to invite my friends to your place of business. I have only had my membership 2 weeks. I'm now stuck tipping instructors I have never met prior to taking their class. A few days ago on your website it stated tips are appreciated and optional (and since has been removed). However, this requirement is now stated to be a "service fee". Is that because labeling it "forced tip" is unethical? "Normal people" as you say do adhere their contract, but I do not recall seeing a forced service fee on my contract. Changing the terms of the agreement is frustrating but changing the terms in the way that you've done so I believe warrants me being able to cancel my membership. This went from a strongly suggest token of appreciation after the class is done to a service fee thats due to before service has been provided. When I signed up I was told this was something I needed to do because you paid your instructors minimum wage. Business models sometimes need to be reevaluated but changing the terms of a contract and blindsiding your members is not the way to do it. In two weeks the terms from which i signed up have changed and I am not happy. Clearly I am not the only one.
