  • I paid $35 to have my house measured for potential new floor. The person who measured my floor was on time and accurate. However I was supposed to hear from Lowe's and never did. I called a few times and couldn't get through. I went in one day and received the quote, but that person needed clarification. He was going to find it and call me back. You guessed it. Never heard from him. It was a waste of the $35 and even if I could get an accurate quote I won't go with Lowe's at this point. In this area there are lots of options with companies who want my business.
