  • This is my go to Apple Store when I have issues with my Apple products. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. On two separate occasions, I had to bring my Mid-2009 Macbook Pro for issues (trackpad & battery). I asked them, if there is any possible to way to have the repair done same day at the store. I was driving nearly two hours each way as I living away from the city. They looked at their schedule, and found time relatively close to my initial genius bar appointment to accommodate my repair. One occasion, I made a genius bar appointment, and the other time it was a walk-in (earliest online appointment was a few days away which didn't work with my schedule). This location is smaller compared to Yorkdale, and Square One, it gets crowded inside. Best bet is to come on a weekday if you are looking for a drop-in appointment. If buying products, be sure the check online for inventory location, or pre purchase your order online before you arrive. As with all Apple stores, purchasing products is a breeze through your Apple Store app. It's a quick and efficient process to go in and get out. Make sure your app is setup prior to leaving home.
