  • I will never buy another car here again. My experience has been terrible since I bought the car 2 years ago. Chuck the finance guy is as crooked as they come. I purchased the gap and roadside package and I was suppose to have 2 years free oil changes. I got a letter stating my GAP was not approved bc the term of the loan. I went in and Chuck wrote up a new Gap policy that we both signed. About a year and a half went by and refinanced the car and had to cancel my gap and I get a letter from Earnhart that my gap was canceled over a year ago. Called Chuck and he said I don't know what happened but I will get to the bottom of it and get back to you. Months later and still no call back. The problem is Chuck is a lying piece of crap. Also after 1 year of free oil changes I came in to get my oil change and they tell me I oil had 1 free year...I get my paperwork and go to Chuck and he said yeah after they first year we have to submit for the 2nd year. BS you are just a liar. Now I'm here getting my last free oil change and I'm told that I'm over the mileage and it isn't free. WTF just do the oil change and give me my car back I'll never be back here!!!!
